Today I am trying to find motivation to start eating right and exercising on a daily basis. I am really struggling with finding my motivation to do this! It is mostly during at night where I get the urge to snack and of course I do. I think if I start recording what I am doing maybe this will help and prevent me from making the same mistakes from the past. So here goes..... Goal 1 today is to take a walk with my son Grayden! Goal 2 not to snack after 8:00 p.m.... Why am I doing this? I want to be healthy and be around for my two wonderful children. I can do this right???
So it is after 8 and I have not had the urge to snack; however, I have been very productive today.... it has helped the craving to eat... I also went for a walk with the kiddos and played at the park. I enjoyed the day. Let's hope I can keep this up. Hopefully tomorrow, I won't have a small ice cream cone after dinner!
